I discovered my passion for hair when I was a teenager looking for a hairdresser to give me the edgy, punk cuts that I envisioned. So I grabbed a pair of my Mom's shears and literally took matter into my own hands.

After styling in New York and San Francisco for fourteen years, I moved to Philadelphia and connected with American Mortals where I’ve been happily styling hair since 2003.

I enjoy building relationships with my clients and matching them with hairstyles that best suit their hair type. I like the hair's personality to be the star and also believe the right color really finishes the look. While long hair is a forte, I love working with a razor and take pride in my ability to create short cuts on women that are fun and feminine. I am inspired by fashion, the music industry, and traveling.

My extensive education includes classes at Vidal Sassoon and Wella in San Francisco, Bumble & Bumble, Redken, and Tigi in New York. I recently studied with TV's Nick Arrojo learning advanced razor techniques and I continually attend new classes to provide the latest styles for my clientele.
